PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a groove formation device enabling efficient input of a filter material into a groove formed by a groove formation part.SOLUTION: A groove formation device includes a groove formation part 13 for forming a groove in a ground while being towed by a traveling body, and a hopper 17 for inputting a filter material into the groove formed by the groove formation part.
