PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile culvert drain pipe embedding device capable of automatically adjusting the depth at which a hydrophobic material is fed for any soil texture.SOLUTION: A mobile type culvert drain pipe embedding device comprises a travel member 2, a laser beam receiver 51, a digging part 11, a groove shaping part 21, a drain pipe laying part 31 and a hydrophobic material feeding part 41. The receiver 51 has an optical receiver 52 for receiving laser light, the digging part 11 has a excavation cutter 13 for excavating the ground installed on a turning chain 12, the groove shaping part 21 has a wear plate 22 which is kept in parallel with the gradient of the laser light and shapes the bottom of a dug groove by pressure, the drain pipe laying part 31 has a drain pipe container 33 with a spindle 32 to which a drain pipe 34 to be laid on a shaped groove is pressure-bonded, and the hydrophobic material feeding part 41 has a hydrophobic material container 42 with an adjustment plate 43 for leveling a hydrophobic material 47 fed to a groove, and a drive mechanism 45 for adjusting the height of the hydrophobic material container 42 independently of other parts.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】あらゆる土質の場合でも、疎水材の投入の深さを自動で調節することが可能な移動式暗渠排水管埋設装置を提供する。【解決手段】走行体2と、レーザー光の受光部51と、掘削部11と、溝整形部21と、排水管敷設部31と、疎水材投入部41からなり、受光部51は、レーザー光を受光する受光器52が設けられ、掘削部11は、回転チェーン12に、地面を掘削する掘削カッター13が設けられ、溝整形部21は、レーザー光の勾配に平行に保たれ、掘削された溝の底部を圧力で整形するウェアプレート22が設けられ、排水管敷設部31は、整形された溝に敷設する排水管34を圧着させる錘32を備えた排水管容器33が設けられ、疎水材投入部41は、溝に供給された疎水材47を引き均す調整板43を備えた疎水材容器42と、疎水材容器42の高さを他部とは独立して調節する駆動機構45が設けられている。【選択図】図2
