PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic excrement disposal apparatus which stops washing of the buttocks and the private parts when swinging in an angle larger than a predetermined angle is detected and firmly prevents leakage of washing water from an excrement disposal body by making a support frame body holding the excrement disposal body arranged on the crotch part so as to swing in the right and left directions on the top surface of a mount and by detecting a swing angle of the support frame body swinging on the mount.SOLUTION: The automatic excrement disposal apparatus includes an installation hole formed at an almost center of the bed, the concave semicircular mount fitted to the installation hole, the support frame body mounted on the mount and swings freely in the right and left directions and mounting a buttock pad thereon, the buttock pad having a U-shaped notched space, and the excrement disposal body which is loosely fitted in the buttock pad and configured to wash the buttocks and the private parts and to dispose the excrement to the outside.
