PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordering system that assists in facilitating generation of a radiological department order by a requesting doctor by placing an HIS and an RIS in cooperative operation, a radiological information management system equipped with the ordering system, and a medical information management system.SOLUTION: The ordering system includes a database DB which stores a retrieval condition table in which schema images corresponding to estimated symptoms of patients are registered and an order candidate retrieval condition table in which order candidates corresponding to the schema images respectively are registered a retrieval part 42 which retrieves a schema image from the retrieval condition table for the requesting doctor who generates a radiological department order, and also retrieves an order for reference from the order candidate retrieval condition table a determination part 43 which provides the retrieval results for the requesting doctor and a registration part 44 which registers as a new radiological department order the radiological department order and change in condition of the generated radiological department order in the database DB when the radiological department order is a new order and when the condition of the generated radiological department order changes.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】HISとRISとを連携させて運用することによって、依頼医による放射線科オーダの作成を容易にするべく支援するオーダリングシステムとこのオーダリングシステムを備える放射線情報管理システム、医療情報管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】患者の推定症状に対応するシェーマ画像が登録された検索条件テーブルと、このシェーマ画像にそれぞれ対応するオーダ候補が登録されたオーダ候補検索条件テーブルと、を格納するデータベースDBと、放射線科オーダを生成する依頼医に対してシェーマ画像を検索条件テーブルから検索し、参考となるオーダをオーダ候補検索条件テーブルから検索する検索部42と、検索結果を依頼医に提供する判断部43と、放射線科オーダが新規なオーダである場合、生成された放射線科オーダの条件に変更が生じた場合に、それらを新規な放射線科オーダとしてデータベースDBへと登録する登録部44とを備える。【選択図】図3
