A method of monitoring a physiological state of a wearer via a flexible band connected to a watch face housing worn at the wearer's wrist includes: receiving, at one or more processing units located in the flexible band, sensor data from one or more biosensors located in the flexible band； and analyzing the received sensor data, via the one or more processing units, to compute a score representative of a physiological state of the wearer.
