The present invention provides a measurement system for shoulder/neck sensing physical and mental clinical status, which comprises a plurality of measuring electrodes. The electrodes are attached to the shoulder and neck portions of an user to realize various different combinations with a multiplexer so as to effect sensing of a plurality of physiological signals of an user, such as the acoustoelectric signal generated by heart electric potential, muscle electric potential and vocal cord. A multiplex control unit is used to connect with these measuring electrodes for switching among the circuit combinations of the measuring electrodes to realize the measurement of multiple physiological signals, such as electrocardiogram, electromyography and acoustoelectric signals. The physiological signals are then, processed and analyzed and the analysis result or signal is output to have the analysis results displayed through a display device for users viewing. The present invention employs detecting of users physiological signals to assess the correlation of the physical and mental status, such as depression and manic depression disorder, the level of attention and physical symptoms for the user.
