PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable liquid formulations of a combination of a long-acting insulin conjugate and a long-acting insulin secretion peptide conjugate, capable of long term storage of a combination of two conjugates without a risk of viral contamination.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a liquid formulation of a combination of a long acting insulin and insulin secretion peptide comprising a physiologically active peptide, i.e., insulin, an insulin secretion peptide and an albumin-free stabilizer, where the stabilizer comprises a buffer solution, a sugar alcohol, a nonionic surfactant and an isotonic agent. The invention also relates to a method for producing the liquid formulation. The liquid formulation of the invention does not contain human serum albumin or factors potentially harmful to human bodies, thus it has an excellent storage stability without viral contamination risk, for the insulin conjugate and the insulin secretion peptide conjugate in high concentrations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】長期間におけるウィルスによる汚染のリスクなしに、２つの結合体の組み合わせを貯蔵できる持続型インスリン結合体及び持続型インスリン分泌性ペプチド結合体の組み合わせの安定的な液状製剤を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、生理活性ペプチドであるインスリン、インスリン分泌性ペプチド及びアルブミン-非含有の安定化剤を含み、前記安定化剤が緩衝溶液、糖アルコール、非イオン性界面活性剤及び等張化剤を含む；持続型インスリン及びインスリン分泌性ペプチドの組み合わせの液状製剤及び前記液状製剤を製造する方法に関する。本発明の液状製剤は、ヒト血清アルブミン及び人体に潜在的に有害な因子を含まないため、ウィルスによる汚染のリスクがなく、高濃度のインスリン結合体及びインスリン分泌性ペプチド結合体に対する優れた貯蔵安定性を示す。【選択図】図４
