PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical and stable liquid formulation by increasing the stability of a highly concentrated long-acting hGH conjugate.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a liquid formulation of a highly concentrated long-acting human growth hormone (hGH) conjugate, comprising a pharmaceutically effective amount of the long-acting human growth hormone conjugate in which human growth hormone (hGH) is linked to an immunoglobulin Fc region, and an albumin-free stabilizer, the stabilizer comprising a buffer, a sugar alcohol, a non-ionic surfactant, and sodium chloride as an isotonic agent.
