PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that enables measurement and training of reactivity to sudden disturbance.SOLUTION: A training system 10 has a platform 11 for putting at least one foot thereon, a servo unit 50 for rotating the platform 11 around a first rotary shaft 12, and a control unit 60 for controlling the servo unit.
