PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping material for seeds observing contents from outside and excellent in gas barrier property and to provide a bag for seeds.SOLUTION: The invention relates to the wrapping material for seeds comprising a laminate of a plastic base film, a film with an inorganic oxide deposited layer and a heat seal layer, and the wrapping material for seeds has a printed layer between the plastic base film and the film with the inorganic oxide deposited layer and/or the film with the inorganic oxide deposited layer and the heat seal layer, wherein the printed layer has a fenestrated part printed with a color lighter than outer periphery.
