The feed additive for enhancing omega-3 fatty acid of the present invention comprises a fermented product which is obtained by mixing and fermenting, based on 100 wt% of a Linum usitatissimum powder, 50-80 wt% of wheat bran, 40 to 60 wt% of a Perilla frutescens bark, 5 to 15 wt% of a Portulaca oleracea extract, 10 to 20 wt% of Rubus coreanus, 10 to 15 wt% of rice bran, and 2 to 80 wt% of a Prunus mume bark.본 발명은 오메가-3 지방산 강화 사료첨가제와 이의 제조방법 그리고 이를 이용한 가축사육방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 오메가 지방산의 함량이 높은 고기, 계란 등을 생산할 수 있는 사료첨가제와 이의 제조방법 그리고 이를 이용한 가축사육방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 오메가-3 지방산 강화 사료첨가제는 아마씨 가루 100중량부에 대하여 소맥피 50 내지 80중량부와, 들깨박 40 내지 60중량부와, 쇠비름 추출물 5 내지 15중량부와, 복분자 10 내지 20중량부와, 미강 10 내지 15중량부와, 매실박 2 내지 80중량부를 혼합하여 발효시킨 발효물을 포함한다.
