PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cannula with a lock which has a novel structure and has a flow passage that is configured to make blood, a medicinal solution, or the like flow and has wall surfaces shaped to be smooth with few concavities and convexities while achieving excellent production efficiency by employing the structure combining the cannula and a hub formed by separate bodies.SOLUTION: The cannula 10 with a lock has a hub 14 with the lock 24 at a proximal end side of a cannula 12. The proximal end side of the cannula 12 is an attachment part 16 having a diameter increased into a tapered shape. The cannula 12 is positioned in an insertion direction by inserting the cannula 12 from a distal end side relative to the hub 14 of a separate body so that a peripheral surface of the attachment part 16 abuts on an inner surface of the hub 14.
