Disclosed is a vascular stent which is inserted inside a blood vessel. The disclosed vascular stent comprises: a first coating film comprising a restenosis inhibiting drug provided on the outside surface of the stent strut and a second coating film comprising an internal-capsule cellularization promoting drug provided on the inside surface of the stent strut. In this way, restenosis and thrombosis can be prevented from occurring inside the stent.La présente invention a pour objet un stent vasculaire qui est introduit à lintérieur dun vaisseau sanguin. Le stent vasculaire selon la présente invention comprend : un premier film de revêtement comprenant un médicament inhibant la resténose prévu sur la surface extérieure de lentretoise du stent et un second film de revêtement comprenant un médicament favorisant la cellularisation des capsules internes prévu sur la surface intérieure de lentretoise du stent. De cette manière, on peut empêcher la survenue de la resténose et de la thrombose à lintérieur du stent.혈관 내에 삽입되는 혈관용 스텐트가 개시된다. 개시된 혈관용 스텐트는 스텐트 스트러트의 외표면 쪽에 마련되는 재협착 방지약물을 포함하는 제1 코팅막과, 스텐트 스트러트의 내표면 쪽에 마련되는 내포세포화 촉진약물을 포함하는 제2 코팅막을 포함한다. 이에 따라, 스텐트 내 재협착 및 혈전증이 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
