The image generation means generates a three-dimensional image, and generates a plurality of first tomographic images. The first form area formation means forms a first form area represented in a two-dimensional manner on the first tomographic images. The second form area formation means forms a second form area represented in a three-dimensional manner. The first removal area specification means specifies a first removal area represented in a three-dimensional manner. The first area of interest formation means forms a first area of interest represented in a three-dimensional manner. The specification means specifies an image included in the first area of interest represented in the three-dimensional manner from the three-dimensional image. The display means displays at least the three-dimensional image specified by the specification means.
