PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate images by making 3D images obtained by 3D volume imaging of a plurality of regions of a subject be matched with biological information of a 3D image to be a reference.SOLUTION: The 3D volume images 303 of different biological time phases obtained by a medical image pickup device are image-compensated using two-dimensional multi-slice images 607 obtained by performing two-dimensional multi-slice imaging at the same imaging position as the 3D volume image 303 and in a desired biological time phase.
