Disclosed is a compound useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for treating urinary storage disorder, urination disorder, lower urinary tract disease and the like. The present inventors have proposed that 2-aminothiazole derivatives have excellent muscarinic M3 receptor positive allosteric modulator activity and prevent bladder / urinary tract diseases involving bladder contraction via muscarinic M3 receptor. Alternatively, the present invention has been completed by finding out that it is expected as a therapeutic agent. The 2-aminothiazole derivative of the present invention or a salt thereof is expected as a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for bladder / urinary tract diseases involving bladder contraction via muscarinic M3 receptor, for example, dysuria such as underactive bladder.
