PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogel external preparation that solves sagging and adhesion to clothing in use, so-called dripping without reducing exudation property of solution from gel surface and sufficiently obtains sense of adhesion during use and sense of effect (sense of moisture retention) by permeation of water, etc., to the patched skin after use.SOLUTION: The hydrogel external preparation includes at least a synthetic polymer having a network structure, a hydroxypropyl guar gum, a humectant, an exudation agent and water.
