The present invention relates to a wheelchair, which includes a chair to allow a patient to sit on and the chair is equipped with a control device and a driving module. The control device includes a steering rod, a brake assembly, and a gear shifting device with a gear-shift line. The driving module includes a foot driving device and a clutch controlled by the gear shifting device. The foot driving device enables the patient to drive a large wheel of the chair by using a non-affected foot. The patient operates the gear shift device to set the clutch in a forward or backward state so as to enable the patient to use the foot driving device to drive the wheelchair forward or backward and also to allow the clutch to be set in a neutral state so that people who are not patient can push the wheelchair.
