The present invention relates to a stent having an improved antiskid function. More specifically, the present invention relates to a stent for extending a stricture or a blocked lesion region occurring in an in vivo cavity. The stent comprise a cylindrical stent having multiple spatial parts formed by weaving or crossing a wire made of a superelastic shape memory alloy in a mesh form in a hollow cylindrical shape, and having multiple bending ends formed and heated in a circumferential direction in both ends thereof. The cylindrical stent comprises: a first artificial blood vessel layer made of a PTFE material and closely placed on the overall inner surface thereof； and multiple second artificial blood vessel layers made of a PTFE material and closely placed on a part of the outer surface thereof at predetermined intervals. The first artificial blood vessel layer and the second artificial blood vessel layers wrap the cylindrical stent, and are heated and fused to be adsorbed with each other. Multiple first sections having multiple closed spatial parts and second sections having multiple unclosed spatial parts are formed. The first sections push, are inserted in, and are hung on a lesion region, and the second sections are hung on a lesion region inserted in the spatial parts.본 발명은 미끄럼 방지 기능이 향상된 스텐트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 체내의 내강에 발생된 협착 또는 폐색되는 병변부위를 확장시켜주는 스텐트에 있어서, 초탄성 형상기억합금으로 이루어진 와이어를 중공식 원통형의 형상으로 그물망 형태로 엮거나 교차시켜서 다수의 공간부를 형성하며, 양 끝단에는 원주 방향으로 다수의 절곡단을 형성하고 열처리한 원통형 스텐트를 포함하되, 원통형 스텐트는 내면 전체에 밀착되는 PTFE 재질의 제1 인조 혈관층을 형성하고, 미리 정해진 간격으로 외면 일부에 밀착되는 PTFE 재질의 다수의 제2 인조 혈관층을 형성하며, 제1 인조 혈관층과 다수의 제2 인조 혈관층이 원통형 스텐트를 감싸면서 서로 흡착된 상태가 되도록 가열 융착함에 따라, 막힌 다수의 공간부를 가지는 제1구간과 나머지 막히지 않은 다수의 공간부를 가지는 제2구간을 다수로 형성하여, 각 제1구간은 병변부위를 눌러서 삽입되어 걸리고, 각 제2구간은 공간부로 삽입되는 병변부위에 걸리는 것을 특징으로 한다.
