Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Zusammensetzung umfassend Biotinyl-Glycyl-Histidyl-Lysin-Tripeptid und Panthenol sowie optional Hyaluronsäure, einen Extrakt aus Weizen oder Lärchen und/oder pharmazeutische Hilfsstoffe. Zudem betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung die Verwendung der erfindungsgemässen Zusammensetzung zur Herstellung eines Arzneimittels, vorzugsweise zur Behandlung von Haarausfall, insbesondere Ausfall der Wimpern und Augenbrauen.
