PURPOSE: An absorbent composition for removing pesticide residues from ginseng, and a pesticide residue removal method from the ginseng using thereof are provided to effectively remove the pesticide residues from the ginseng before processing by minimizing the damage of ginsenoside. CONSTITUTION: A pesticide residue removal method for ginseng comprises the following steps: dipping the washed ginseng into an absorbent composition containing 5~20%(w/v) of aqueous whey calcium solution； washing the dipped ginseng. The absorbent composition additionally contains 5~30%(w/v) of chitoic acid, chorion, or elvan stone.본 발명은 유청 칼슘 수용액을 포함하여 이루어지는 인삼 잔류 농약 제거용 흡착제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 인삼 내 잔류 농약의 제거방법을 제공함으로써, 소비자가 믿고 안심할 수 있는 인삼 농산품을 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
