PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article with an improved leak proof property in a portion where an absorber is not present.SOLUTION: An absorbent article includes a top surface sheet 1, a back surface sheet 2 and an absorbent 3 with a longitudinal direction and a width direction which is orthogonal to the same. In this case, the absorbent article includes an end section lamination section 5 having the top surface sheet 1 and the back surface sheet 2 directly or indirectly laminated and pasted together without making the absorbent 3 present outside an end section in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent 3. The end section lamination section 5 includes a plurality of integral deformation sections 51 where a facing surface of the top surface sheet 1 and the back surface sheet 2 are integrally deformed projectedly in the direction of thickness. The plurality of the deformation sections 51 are arranged and dispersed in the horizontal direction of the end section lamination section 5.
