PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-aging agent containing a natural extract and having excellent safety, a laminin 5 production promoter, an agent for damage recovery action by ultraviolet (UV-B) irradiation, an I type collagen production promoter, a profilaggrin production promoter, a filaggrin production promoter or a skin cosmetic.
SOLUTION: The anti-aging agent includes an extract from Caragana korshinskii and/or Camellia oleifera as an active ingredient. The laminin 5 production promoter, or the agent for damage recovery action by ultraviolet (UV-B) irradiation includes an extract from Caragana korshinskii as an active ingredient. The I type collagen production promoter, the profilaggrin production promoter or the filaggrin production promoter includes an extract from Camellia oleifera as an active ingredient. The skin cosmetic includes an extract from Caragana korshinskii and/or Camellia oleifera.
