PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress movement of loose passage excreted from a wearer in an absorbent article.SOLUTION: A diaper 10 is worn by a wearer and holds feces excreted from the wearer. The diaper 10 includes: an absorber 3 for absorbing liquid； a sheet 1 that, when the diaper 10 is worn, is joined with the absorber 3 at a side as a wearer UB side with respect to the absorber 3, and allows the liquid to pass therethrough； and an elastic member 68 having elasticity, disposed in a stretched state, and joined with the sheet 1.
