PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide readily-soluble agar easy to go down and easy to melt (not irrecoverable) and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of dried agar includes: a step of adding water to agar a step of heat-treating the agar added water with an extruding machine while preventing foaming, dissolving the agar and solidifying it and a step of crushing and drying the solidified agar with an air current crush dryer.
