PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil and fat composition for cooking a deep-fried food-like food, excellent in appearance or flavor, and capable of cooking and cleaning-up easily, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: An oil and fat composition for cooking a deep-fried food-like food contains a flavor component, and further contains one or more kinds of emulsifier selected from a group consisting of monoglyceride, sucrose fatty acid ester, and polyglyceryl fatty acid ester with average esterification rate of 15 to 60 mass% of 0.2 to 10 mass% in the oil and fat composition.
