To provide a deodorizing sheet which does not easily scatter the deodorant even when broken or cut.SOLUTION: The deodorizing sheet 10 is provided with a sheet-like substrate 12 and a surface layer 14. The base material 12 includes an inorganic material 16 as a main material, a thermoplastic resin 18 as a binder, and an additive 20. The surface layer 14 includes a diatomaceous earth 24, an ion exchange material 26, a bonding material 28 for bonding the diatomaceous earth 24 and the ion exchange material 26, and a coloring substance 30. The surface layer 14 is bonded to the surface of the substrate 12 via the bonding substance 28.
