The system for providing plant rental and management service based on web and mobile according to the present invention comprises a customer terminal for renting plants including flowers and pots or for requesting management of existing plants； an administrator terminal for receiving the order contents selected by the customer terminal, calculating estimates required for borrowing and managing the plants, and managing the plants； and a server that includes a plant information DB, a membership information DB, a rental and management cost DB, a delivery information DB, a plant management expert information DB and a local information DB and that transmits/receives data from/to the client terminal and administrator terminal.본 발명은 웹 및 모바일 기반의 식물 렌탈 및 관리 서비스 제공 시스템에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 웹 또는 모바일을 통해 식물 렌탈 및 관리 서비스를 제공하는 기술로서, 상기 식물 렌탈 및 관리 서비스 중 하나인 렌탈신청모듈을 통해 단기 또는 장기적으로 화분 또는 꽃을 포함하는 식물을 렌탈함으로써 실제 화분 관리가 힘든 기업체나 가정에서 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 하고, 주기적인 정기점검을 통해 보다 체계적인 관리를 제공받을 수 있도록 하고, 수거신청모듈을 통해 영양 공급이 제때 이루어지지 않아 버려지는 화분 및 꽃을 수거하도록 신청하면 관리자가 직접 방문하여 수거할 수 있도록 함으로써 고객이 직접 방문하지 않아도 되는 번거로움을 해소할 수 있도록 하며, 정기배송신청모듈을 통해 꽃 또는 화분을 정기배송신청할 수 있도록 함으로써 특정 주기마다 신선한 화분이나 꽃을 배송받아볼 수 있도록 하고, 서버는 회원정보 DB와 화초관리전문가 정보 DB를 불러와 고객과 화초관리전문가 간 상호 소정 거리 이내에 위치하여 상호 근접성이 있다고 판단되면, 고객과 화초관리전문가 간을 상호 매칭시켜 관리자 단말기로 전송함으로써 고객의 서비스 이용편의성을 높일 수 있도록 하는 웹 및 모바일 기반의 식물 렌탈 및 관리 서비스 제공 시스템에 관한 것이다.
