The present invention provides a continuous glucose monitoring terminal and a monitoring system. The monitoring system comprises the monitoring terminal and a mobile terminal. The monitoring terminal comprises a portable main machine and a probe assembly assembled to the main machine. The mobile terminal comprises a second data communication unit and a human machine interaction interface. The probe assembly comprises two glucose enzyme micro electrode needles a microprocessor and two electrode terminals. The main machine comprises a signal sampling unit a signal processing unit a data storage unit and a first data communication unit. In the present invention glucose data is collected by using a portable main machine provided with a probe assembly and detection data is continuously sent to a mobile terminal to conduct continuous and dynamic glucose monitoring thereby greatly facilitating collection and analysis of glucose data and providing reliable foundation for treating diabetes mellitus.
