A three-dimensional imaging method and system. The method comprising the following steps: acquiring, by means of an orthogonal scan probe, at least two orthogonal two-dimensional images of a scanning target (S1); moving the orthogonal scan probe along a specific spatial direction, and acquiring at least two orthogonal two-dimensional images of the scanning target (S2); comparing the two-dimensional images of a corresponding direction obtained from step S1 and step S2, and obtaining movement information of the orthogonal scan probe along the direction (S3); repeating steps S1 to S3 until the scanning target is completely scanned (S4); and reconstructing, by means of the acquired two-dimensional image and three-dimensional motion information of the probe, a three-dimensional image of the scanning target (S5). The system comprises at least two scan probes (201) for acquiring orthogonal images, a computing unit (202) for analyzing continuous motion information of a two-dimensional imaging probe, and a three-dimensional imaging device for acquiring a three-dimensional image. The method and system simplify a structural assembly of an imaging system and further improves upon an economic feasibility.
