<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gardening tag for securely conveying a purchaser information indicated on a memo pad sheet according to the purchase of a cultivation plant, by holding on the gardening tag, a memo pad sheet indicated with information such as a growing method and notes on growing so as not to wet with water. <；P>；SOLUTION: This gardening tag 1 is such that the lower part of a tag body 3 formed in a plate-like form is inserted into soil G planted with a cultivation plant P, and information about the cultivation plant P is indicated on the upper part of the tag body 3, putting out the head on the soil G.
