PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary tiller that can perform tilling (particularly deep tilling) to the vicinity of a boundary between a field and an installation such as a plastic greenhouse, and enables a worker to easily confirm a state of the ridge of the tiller rear.SOLUTION: A rotary tiller includes a machine frame, a tilling unit rotatably supported around a rotating shaft in the machine frame and having many tilling claws, a first cover for covering the upper part of the tilling unit, and a second cover for covering the rear of the tilling unit and being swingable with respect to the upper part or the lower part to the first cover.
