PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a border coating machine that eliminates the risk that a tilling claw and a holder for holding it are worn away due to coming into contact with the soil deposited on an inner surface of a cover body for covering a pre-processing part.SOLUTION: A border coating machine includes a pre-processing part 61 for leveling an old ridge and heaping the soil, and a ridge arranging part for coating the heaped soil on the old ridge. The pre-processing part 61 has tilling claws 63, 64, 65 disposed in three lines in the shaft core direction at a tillage shaft 62 extending in the fore-and-aft direction to the traveling direction. These tilling claws have vertical blade parts 63b, 64b, 65b and horizontal blade parts 63c, 64c, 65c continuously extending from the mounting base, and reversely curved in the rotation direction of the tilling shaft 62 from the vertical blade part to the horizontal blade part, and further have the horizontal blade parts curved to one side with respect to the vertical blade parts. The horizontal blade part 65c of the third line tilling claw 65 is curved to the front side in the shaft core direction of the tilling shaft 62. The third line tilling claw 65 is provided with a soil removal member 75 covering the front side in the rotation direction of a holder 66 mounted therewith and extending from a mounting base 65a to the side of the vertical blade part 65b.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】前処理部を覆うカバー体の内面に付着する土と接触して耕耘爪やこれを保持するホルダが摩耗する虞のない畦塗り機を提供する。【解決手段】畦塗り機は、旧畦を切り崩して土盛りを行う前処理部61及び盛られた土を旧畦上に塗り付ける整畦部を備える。前処理部61は、進行方向に対して前後方向に延びる耕耘軸62に軸芯方向3列に配設された耕耘爪63,64,65を有する。これらの耕耘爪は、取付基部から連続して延びる縦刃部63b,64b,65b及び横刃部63c,64c,65cを有し、この縦刃部から横刃部にかけて耕耘軸62の回転方向逆向きに弯曲し、横刃部が縦刃部に対して一側方へ弯曲する。3列目の耕耘爪65の横刃部65cは、耕耘軸62の軸芯方向前側へ向いて屈曲する。3列目の耕耘爪65には、これが装着されるホルダ66の回転方向前側を覆い、且つ取付基部65aから縦刃部65b側へ延びる土除去部材75が設けられる。【選択図】 図4
