PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic which improves emulsifying power and emulsion stability, and is excellent in water resistance of a film when applied to a skin or the like.SOLUTION: The skin cosmetic contains: a component (A) a fine cellulose fiber composite； a component (B) an oil agent having an SP value of 7.2 to 15； and a component (C) water； wherein the component (A) is the fine cellulose fiber composite in which an amine having an ethylene oxide/propylene oxide (EO/PO) copolymerized part is bonded, as a salt, to a carboxy group of a fine cellulose fiber having a carboxy group content of 0.1 to 3 mmol/g, wherein the molecular weight of the EO/PO copolymerized part is 600 to 10,000, and the content of PO in the EO/PO copolymerized part is 6 to 80 mol%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
