PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for establishing an iPS cell line from human T lymphocytes and inducing differentiation of the iPS cell to functional T lymphocytes retaining the TCR gene rearrangement structure of original human T lymphocyte.SOLUTION: There is provided herein, a method for producing human T cells, which comprises the steps of inducing an iPS cell from a human T cell, and differentiating the iPS cell into a T cell.
