PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem that easily absorptive calcium composition by prior art has large particle diameter and is deposited suddenly after adding the same to beverage or the like, and time and cost are needed when fining particle diameter is conducted by wet type milling.SOLUTION: A calcium salt is generated by dropping a carboxylic acid solution to a stirred lime slurry and granules of the calcium salt are manufactured by a spray dry. Thereby size of primary particles of the calcium salt can be reduced and generation of precipitate derived from the calcium salt is inhibited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来技術による易吸収性カルシウム組成物は、粒子径が大きいために、飲料などに添加するとすぐに沈降してしまうという問題点があった。また、粒子径の微細化を湿式粉砕で行うと、時間及びコストを要するという問題点があった。【解決手段】撹拌されている消石灰スラリーに対してカルボン酸水溶液を滴下することでカルシウム塩を生成し、噴霧乾燥により当該カルシウム塩の顆粒を製造する。これにより、カルシウム塩の一次粒子のサイズを小さいものにすることができ、カルシウム塩由来の沈殿物の発生を防止することができる。【選択図】図2
