The portable yogurt producing device may be conveniently washed and carried, and lactobacillus and milk are added and fermented therein. The portable yogurt producing device comprises: an external container having penetration holes formed in upper and lower sides, and having an insulation material formed on an external wall thereof, and in which the penetrations holes are respectively opened and closed by an upper cover and a lower cover an internal container having a cover inserted in the penetration hole in an upper side of the external container and a warm water container having a seating hole formed in the center in a lower side of the external container to enable the internal container to be inserted therein, and having a warm water cover formed therein to add warm water. The internal container and warm water container are formed to be respectively attached to and detached from the external container. Warm water is added in the warm water container, so a temperature is maintained and milk is fermented by lactobacillus added in the internal container.
