PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair capable of carrying out step riding over responding by only one usual front wheel up to now.SOLUTION: In the wheelchair with a step riding over wheel, a frame rotatably holding the front wheel is rotatably held to the fixed frame of the wheelchair to make it possible to rotate and elevate and lower a front wheel holding frame.
