Conditioning device suitable for conditioning, i.e., cooling or heating, granular material contained in a storage facility (3), preferably a silo, and storage facility (3) comprising said device (1 ). The device (1 ) comprises distribution means (4) which allow distributing airflow towards the granular material contained in the storage facility (3). Said device (1 ) also comprises regulating means (5) which allow adjusting the temperature of the airflow reaching the distribution means (4). Said regulating means (5) comprise at least one vortex tube, where said vortex tube generates hot airflow (Fh) and cold airflow (Fc) from an air inlet (Fe). One of said airflows (Fh, Fc) is transferred to the distribution means (4).Dispositivo de acondicionamiento apto para acondicionar material granular contenido en un silo (3) y silo (3) que comprende dicho dispositivo (1). El dispositivo (1) comprende medios de distribución (4) que permiten distribuir un flujo de aire hacia el material granular contenido en el silo (3). Dicho dispositivo (1) también comprende medios de regulación (5) que permiten ajustar la temperatura del flujo de aire que llega a los medios de distribución (4). Dichos medios de regulación (5) comprenden al menos un tubo de vórtice, donde dicho tubo de vórtice genera un flujo de aire caliente (F{sub,h}) y un flujo de aire frío (F{sub,c}) a partir de una entrada de aire (F{sub,e}). Uno de dichos flujos de aire (F{sub,h}, F{sub,c}) es transferido a los medios de distribución (4).
