PURPOSE: A culture soil composition is provided to be easily adhered on the slope such as a rock without using a sticking net and to prevent a soil loss in rain. CONSTITUTION: A culture soil composition comprises wood chip 5-10 wt%, chicken feces 5-10 wt%, soil 60-80 wt%, titanium 1-5 wt%, liquid polymer 1-3 wt%, water 7.9-15 wt% and seed 0.1-1 wt%. The wood chip is at least one wood pieces or barks selected from Japanese cypress, Japanese cedar, baobab tree or needle fir are composted. The liquid polymer comprises a base resin 70-80 wt% containing polyester, polyepoxy, polyurea, polyacrylate, polyoxetane, aqueous latex or their mixture, and a curing agent 20-30 wt%. The base resin comprises polyester, polyepoxy, polyurea, polyacrylate, polyoxetane, aqueous latex or their mixture 40-80 wt%； reactive diluent 5-15 wt%； coagulant 2-8 wt%； emulsifier 3-10 wt% and water 10-27 wt%. The curing agent comprises polyoxypropylenediamine 20-60 wt%, toluene 10-20 wt%, titanium oxide 5-15 wt% and water 10-30 wt%. The seed comprises at least one selected from Siberian chrysanthemum seed, turf seed, Aquilegia buergeriana seed, Hosta longipes seed, Aster koraiensis seed, Aster spathulifolius seed, Artemisia schmidtiana seed, Carex maculata seed or Sedum takesimense seed.본 발명은 배양토 조성물 전체 중량 기준으로 파쇄목 5 내지 10중량%； 닭 분료 5 내지 10중량%； 흙 60 내지 80중량%； 티타늄 1 내지 5중량%； 액상 폴리머 1 내지 3중량%； 물 7.9 내지 15중량%； 및 종자 0.1 내지 1중량%를 포함하는 경사 사면 녹화용 배양토 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 부착망의 사용 없이 암반 등의 경사면에 용이하게 접착되어 응고될 수 있도록 하고, 배양토 조성물을 구성하는 성분 간의 배합이 용이하게 이루어짐으로써 배양토 조성물의 펌핑에 의한 살수 부착이 가능하도록 하며, 일차 응고한 다음에는 강우 시에도 유실을 방지하고, 비교적 얇게 시공된 부분에서도 발아된 씨앗이 고사되는 현상을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
