PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide emulsion compositions for touch up of makeup, the compositions being able to get rid of the kink, makeup deterioration, facial shine, and the like after makeup, and enabling a simple and quick touch up of makeup.SOLUTION: An emulsion composition for a touch up of makeup contains the following components (A)-(C): (A) (dimethicone/vinyldimethicone) crosspolymer with a compounding amount of 0.15-1.6 mass% (B) polymethylsilsesquioxane with a compounding amount of 1-14 mass% and (C) (HDI/trimethylol hexyllactone) crosspolymer with a compounding amount of 0.75-6 mass%.EFFECT: The emulsion composition for touch up of makeup is excellent in usability and feeling of use. Particularly, by the easy work of applying on the makeup cosmetic having a reduced effect with the passage of time, a quick and beautiful touch up of makeup becomes possible.SELECTED DRAWING: None
