PURPOSE: A method for using enokitake waste as a feed additive for feeding meat chicken and the meat chicken feed manufactured therefrom are provided to effectively supply enokitake waste to meat chicken for improving the feed environment of the chicken. CONSTITUTION: A method for using enokitake waste as a feed additive for feeding meat chicken comprises the following steps: drying the enokitake waste at room temperature and injecting Bacillus subtilis A8-8 strain or Klebsiella sp. Sc strain as a microorganism-fermenting strain, and fermenting； adding 1~5% of fermented of dry enokitake waste as a feed additive for the feed of the meat chicken.본 발명은 팽이버섯 폐기물을 육계용 사료 첨가제로 재활용하는 방법 및 이로부터 얻어진 육질을 개선시키고 육계의 생산성을 개선시키기 위한 육계 급여용 사료첨가제에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 팽이버섯 폐기물을 건조처리 혹은 발효처리하여 사료 첨가제로서 급여함으로써 팽이버섯 폐기물을 효과적으로 재활용할 뿐 아니라 육계의 육질 또한 아미노산 함량 증가와 지방산조성을 개선시킬 수 있다.
