PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water-cooling facility in which a hot water tank and a cooling tank can be combinedly used for different materials to be treated with a simple construction.SOLUTION: The hot water-cooling facility includes a hot water tank (1) reserving hot water therein, a cooling tank (10) reserving cooling water therein, a feeder (3) for hot water which successively feed the seeds to the cooling tank (10), wherein the seeds are held in a seed bucket in the hot water tank (1), and a cooler for cooling use for successively transferring, to the discharge side, seeds by a cooling bucket in the cooling tank (10).
