The total content of the oxidation dye in terms of pure content is 0.01 to 0.15% by mass when used, the mass ratio of the content of the main intermediate relative to the content of the coupler in terms of pure content is 0.01 to 1, the total alkalinity is 4 to 14 ml/g when used, and the hydrogen peroxide concentration is 1.5 to 5.0 when used.
