PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform interpolation device, a method and a program capable of reducing such a possibility that interpolation affects periodicity of a fundamental component of time-series data when a noise-affected waveform is included in a waveform changing in a period longer than that of the fundamental component of the time-series data in a continuous waveform.SOLUTION: A waveform interpolation device comprises: a waveform evaluator that detects a noise section included in time-series data for a biological signal interval and estimates each phase and amplitude of periodical structures, with respect to a short-period component that is a fundamental component included in the time-series data and is included in a waveform changing in a short period and a long-period component in a waveform changing in a period longer than that of the fundamental component and a waveform interpolation processor that removes a data row in the noise section, inserts an interpolation pattern of the data row with modulation of the long-period component added into the noise section so as not to disturb phases of the data rows before and after the noise section, and then substitutes the noise section according to each periodical structure from a reference point.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】波形補間装置、方法及びプログラムにおいて、連続する波形のうち時系列データの基本成分より長周期で変化する波形中にノイズの影響を受けた波形がある場合、補間が時系列データの基本成分の周期性に影響を及ぼす可能性を低減することを目的とする。【解決手段】生体信号の間隔の時系列データに含まれるノイズ区間を検知すると共に、時系列データに含まれる基本成分であり短周期で変化する波形の短周期成分と基本成分より長周期で変化する波形の長周期成分との周期構造の位相及び振幅を推定する波形評価部と、ノイズ区間のデータ列を除去し、ノイズ区間の前後のデータ列の位相を乱さないように長周期成分の変調を加えたデータ列の補間パターンをノイズ区間に挿入することで、ノイズ区間を基準点からの周期構造単位で置換する波形補間処理部を備えするように構成する。【選択図】図12
