A structural arrangement is described for a hospital bed provided with a physiological decubitus system comprising a fixed base (10), a movable base (20), a fixed bedframe (30) and a movable bedframe (40), an electromechanical actuator (50), controlled by a timer, responsible for the up and down movement of the movable bedframe (40) and two electromechanical actuators (60 and 61) responsible for the bed-raising movements (to enable the patient to sit up, to move the patient's back or knees), actuated manually via remote control in connection with the control centre, being described. The electromechanical actuators (50) and (60 and 61) allow raising of the bed and alternation of the patient's pressure points on the bed, promoting silent and imperceptible operation.L'invention concerne un agencement structural pour lit d'hôpital doté d'un système de décubitus physiologique comprenant une base fixe (10), une base mobile (20), un cadre fixe (30) et un cadre mobile (40), un actionneur électromécanique (50) commandé par un temporisateur assurant le mouvement de montée et de descente du cadre mobile (40), et deux actionneurs électromécaniques (60 et 61) assurant les mouvements d'élévation du lit (position assise, dos et genoux), actionné manuellement par télécommande et relié à une centrale de commande.
