The present invention relates to a bean sorting apparatus which has a punctured plate (120) installed to form a step on the lower part and a bean conveying plate (110) formed on the upper part. A bean sorting plate (130) is additionally arranged on top of the bean conveying plate (110) while a through-hole unit (131) is formed on a side of the bean sorting plate (130). Stepped units (132) are formed on both side ends of the bean sorting plate (130). Accordingly, beans can pass through through-hole unit (131) without leaving the bean sorting plate (130). The present invention widens the step between the bean sorting plate (130) and the punctured plate (120) to be larger than that of a conventional apparatus in order to increase the height of the beans being dropped, thereby arranging the residue of the beans closer to a vent fan and maximize the suction force thereof. Most of the beans are discharged to the bean conveying plate (110) before the beans and the residue are dropped to the punctured plate (120). Only a part of the beans are dropped to the punctured plate (120) with the residue to reduce the discharge interference of the beans on the residue, thereby increasing the residue removal efficiency.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 상부에 형성되는 콩이송판(110)과 하부에 단차가 형성되도록 설치되는 타공판(120)으로 이루어지는 콩선별장치에 있어서, 상기 콩이송판(110)의 상부에 콩선별판(130)을 부가하여 설치하되 상기 콩선별판(130)의 일측에는 통공부(131)가 형성되도록 구성하고, 상기 콩선별판(130)의 양측단에는 차단턱(132)이 형성되도록 하여 콩이 콩선별판(130)을 벗어나지 않고 통공부(131)를 지나도록 유도함을 특징으로 하는 콩탈곡기용 콩선별장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 기존 콩이송판과 타공판의 단차보다 본 발명 콩선별판과 타공판의 단차를 크게 함으로써 콩과 콩대가 낙하되는 높이를 높여, 즉 콩대가 흡입휀에 좀더 가까워짐으로써 콩대의 흡입력을 극대화시킬 수 있고, 콩과 콩대가 타공판에 낙하하기 전에 미리 콩선별판에 의해 대부분의 콩은 통공부를 통해 콩이송판으로 배출되도록 하고 일부분의 콩만 콩대와 함께 타공판에 낙하하도록 함으로써 콩에 의한 콩대의 배출 간섭이 줄여 콩대의 제거효율이 높일 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
