The present invention relates to a double roller banana pseudo-stem fibre extractor machine for extraction of fibre from entire length of pseudo-stem of spent banana plant after harvesting of banana bunch by mechanized decortications of the sheath. The extractor device according to the present invention consists of a rigid frame with two beating rollers. Importantly also, as there is the provision of debris removal roller, back-ward dragging is not required to get the desired function of decortications through manually dragging the beaten sheath. The rollers are made of horizontal bars with blunt edges and are driven by a 3 HP three-phase electric motor. Pseudo-stems are fed through the front end of the extractor and the processed pseudo-stems are collected in the rear end through a conveyor belt. The highlighting feature of the extractor is that the entire length of the pseudo-stem can be processed for getting the fibre.
