The present invention relates to a contact lens assembly and to an ophthalmic treatment apparatus comprising same. The contact lens assembly according to the present invention comprises: a housing arranged on the cornea of an eyeball so as to guide the treatment beam radiated onto the eyeball and a reflection unit arranged inside the housing so as to radiate the treatment beam guided to the inside of the housing to a plurality of irradiation points along the outer circumferential direction of the eyeball around the pupil of the eyeball.본 발명은 녹내장 치료를 위해 조사되는 치료용 빔이 각막 원주 둘레를 따라 일정 간격으로 조사될 수 있도록 치료용 빔의 조사방식이 개선된 컨택트 렌즈 어셈블리 및 이를 갖는 안과용 치료장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 컨택트 렌즈 어셈블리는 안구의 각막 상에 배치되며 안구로 조사되는 치료용 빔을 안내하는 하우징과, 하우징 내부에 배치되어 하우징 내부로 안내되는 치료용 빔을 안구의 동공을 중심으로 상기 안구의 외곽 원주 방향을 따라 치료용 빔을 복수의 조사위치로 조사하는 반사유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 안구의 외곽 원주 방향을 따라 복수의 조사위치로 조사하는 반사유닛을 배치하여 단일 시간 내에 복수의 조사위치에 치료용 빔을 조사할 수 있고, 이에 따라 치료 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
