PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical intraocular lens which obtains the pinhole effect stably and surely, can correct eyesight for both hyperopia and myopia and correct eyesight for residual astigmatism after eyeball surgery stably and surely, and can secure a practical visual field and brightness.SOLUTION: A lens which is used with it fixed in the eyeball has a lens body where an optical pupil which gives the pinhole effect at the front central part of the lens is formed by forming a restricted pattern which restricts a part of a light path at the front paracentral part of the lens partially. The restricted pattern is formed only at the front paracentral part of the lens body part. The whole size of the restricted pattern is smaller than the size of the pupil formed by the iris of the eyeball at the time of night vision.
